The Well Holistic Solutions is an established, cash-based holistic health practice led by Dr. Colby Wilson. Located in the heart of Kennebunk, Maine, The Well offers chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, and wellness under one roof.

As an associate at The Well, you won't just be seeing patients. You'll be learning how a successful holistic practice is actually built: patient experience, retention, communication, growth strategy, and more. The goal isn't just to give you a job, it's to help you become the kind of practitioner and professional you actually want to be!

What We're Looking For
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) — new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
Active Maine chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong manual adjusting and patient communication skills
A genuine passion for holistic, root-cause wellness
Someone coachable, curious, and excited to be part of something being built
Interest in women's health, family wellness, or functional care is a big plus
Additional certifications (Webster, acupuncture, nutrition) are a bonus, not a requirement - we can work towards that!
Compensation
We're flexible and want to find the right fit. Options include:
Salary + performance bonuses
Independent contractor with percentage split
